Our work: a villa driveway, carport and garage apron in Marbella
This is a real job from a villa in Marbella: a grey, stone-pattern stamped concrete driveway, the parking bay under a reed-roofed pergola and the apron in front of the garage, all restored without lifting any concrete.
What state was the parking area in before?
Before the work, the whole route a car takes from the gate to the garage had gone pale and dull. The stone pattern of the stamped concrete still showed, but the colour had faded unevenly and fine cracks ran across the driveway.

How was the carport and driveway prepared?
The carport under the pergola and the driveway were pressure washed first. The cracks were then filled and the edges masked where needed, so the repairs would sit flush before any colour went on.

Around the pergola posts and along the walls, the perimeter was cut in by brush. This is slow work, but it is what keeps the line clean where the floor meets everything that stands on it.

What did the parking area look like at the end?
The first strips of colour went down across the faded surface, followed by the full coats. The finished driveway runs in a deep, glossy and even tone all the way up to the carport, and the garage apron matches it.
