What we process and why

The details you send through the form or WhatsApp (name, phone, email if given, location, m², description) and the photos you attach are used only to assess your surface, prepare a quote and contact you about it.

Attached photos

Photos are sent as email attachments to oficina@garajesyaparcamientosmalaga.eu; the web server does not store them. They are kept in our mailbox while the quote is handled and, if the job goes ahead, for as long as needed to carry it out. You can ask us to delete them at any time at oficina@garajesyaparcamientosmalaga.eu. We never publish client photos without permission.

Your quote request (pre-contractual steps at your request) and your consent when ticking the form checkbox.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web and email hosting provider acts as data processor.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to oficina@garajesyaparcamientosmalaga.eu. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
